Requirements
Athletes with an up-to-date athlete application and medical form on file with Special Olympics Minnesota are eligible to participate. These forms need to be updated every three years.

Poly Hockey Season
The poly hockey season runs from November through early March.
Practices
Poly Hockey, also known as Floor Hockey, is played on the gym floor. Practices are on Wednesday evenings at Valley Middle School in Apple Valley.
Important: Athletes need to provide their own helmet and plastic hockey stick. Please check with the head coach BEFORE purchasing equipment to get information on the type of helmet and hockey stick needed.
